As a Recognized Sponsor, you as an organization might be convinced that you are a reliable partner to the IND and, in this context, a good employer for your internationals within your company. But is your view the same as the IND's? How does the IND assess whether you comply with all duties and what happens if an inspection comes and how to prepare for this?
During this workshop, the Expat Management Group will address these questions (and more) and give tips and tricks about how the IND works behind the scenes. We will delve deeper into the duties as a Recognized Sponsor and how these are assessed by the IND, allowing you to compare this to the working method within your own organization. We will also look at what happens if your organization is unexpectedly faced with an (IND) inspection. What can you expect and how can you (better) prepare?
