The Government of the Netherlands has set out measures to respond to the COVID-19 outbreak. The International Welcome Centre Utrecht Region follows the advice of the Government of the Netherlands and National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), which affects its services. In this update, we want to inform you about the changes that we have made to our operations and activities.
Following the advice of the Government of the Netherlands and the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), all desks at the International Welcome Centre Utrecht Region will be closed until at least 6 April 2020. Some of our services, however, will be available online.
- Our information officers of ACCESS are happy to answer your questions by email. They can give you information and advice about settling into life in Utrecht Region. To reach them, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- As of Monday 16 March, we are no longer able to provide services from the IND and civil affairs. Do you have an urgent request? Contact the IND to see whether it is possible to make an appointment at another IND office. If you need to get in touch with civil affairs, send an e-mail to email@example.com.
Ensuring the health of our customers and employees is our primary concern. It is for this reason that we are adjusting, postponing or cancelling our events that are scheduled in March and April.
